International day for the elimination of violence against women.
In today’s world, our voices travel through screens —
but so do our wounds.
Women and girls enter digital spaces to learn, connect, and grow,
yet many leave carrying scars no one can see.
Harassment, stolen images, deepfakes, threats, and online humiliation
attack dignity, confidence, and the right to feel safe.
Digital violence is not “just the internet.”
It follows girls into school, shadows women at work,
and steals futures before they begin.
When a girl deletes her dreams because someone tried to delete her dignity,
we all lose.
Ending digital violence is not a women’s issue —
it is a humanity issue.
We must raise boys who understand respect and empathy.
We must build communities that report harm, not normalize it.
Safety begins with every responsible choice we make.
Yet even in the hurt, hope remains.
Behind every statistic is a girl who still dreams,
a woman who still leads,
a survivor who still speaks.
At Fauza Foundation, we believe safety is a right.
Digital spaces should empower — not endanger.
We stand with every woman and girl who has been silenced or harmed online.
We choose dignity, protection, and hope.
Today, we choose to UNiTE —
to protect every woman’s dignity,
to defend every girl’s voice,
and to build a digital world where they can rise without fear.
Because protecting women and girls online
is not about safeguarding screens —
it is about safeguarding futures.
Let us UNiTE with courage, compassion, and unwavering purpose
to end digital violence, everywhere.
xx
