Fauza Foundation is committed to empowering women and breaking the cycle of poverty in communities, both physically and mentally, through its core action pillars. The foundation champions women supporting women by providing educational support, including tuition fees and stationery, to ensure access to learning opportunities. It also addresses periodic Menstruation by offering Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) products, ensuring that menstruation does not hinder girls' and women's progress. Economic empowerment is another key focus, with initiatives such as tailoring, beekeeping, and support for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to create sustainable livelihoods. Additionally, Fauza Foundation provides mentorship for mothers, offering financial, emotional, psychological, and mental support to help them navigate life’s challenges and achieve stability. Through these initiatives, the foundation fosters self-sufficiency, dignity, and a brighter future for women and their communities.

My name is Allan Sila, a student currently in form four and by so a I am a candidate. I am the deputy parent in my household and being the deputy or the first born of the family from a single mother and also in addition I have two younger siblings both being girls.

In school I try to do my best just for the good of my future and also the future of my family. I am the school’s spokesperson and also head captain of environment and sanitation. I believe that making the world a greener place. One of my greatest achievements in school is being among top successes and also being the school’s spokesperson for two consecutive years, this being my second.

I would want to pursue law and politics in years to come. My dream university is the university of Nairobi. I have always had a passion towards law ever since I was a young child so I would really like to pursue it in addition, I would also like to do various asset investments when I have a chance. 

My dream is to be a role model to the lives of many living in this country and I believe that I can make it through hard work and smart work. I describe my hard work and smart work through getting a good grade after every term of doing an examination.
